My dear friends, today is the second anniversary of the posting of my very first story. I can hardly believe I've been doing this for two whole years, but they have been among my happiest ever. Summary: I guess all of you know the movie "sweet home Alabama". The plot is almost the same. For the ones who don't know what the movie is about I'll tell you:

Justin wants to marry his long time partner but before he can do that, he has to divorce his current husband, who he hasn't seen in 5 years. Their marriage was a mistake, which happened while both men were being completely drunk. So now Justin has to go back to the Pitts to get Brian to sign the papers for their divorce. But Brian doesn't want to. So what is Justin going to do now? And what about Brian, who wants his husband back?

This story is my entry in the TQL fanfic contest for April.  The only requirement was that the story include a novel, a phone, a hat, and a bottle of mineral water.  I racked my brain how to come up with a story that included those four items and I couldn't get the beaches of Ibiza off my mind.  Hope you enjoy where my imagination led me.  Basically, the story is simply a fun diversion for our intrepid lovers set after the end of Season Five.  The banner is by my wonderful banner maker, Eka, and I have no beta this time around so please forgive any mistakes.  I love comments so feel free to send them my way.  Grammy

It is the end of 2005 and Brian Kinney is regretting his part in sending Justin to New York City.  He decides it's time to make some changes before the year comes to a close.  Can he get to Justin in time to start 2006 out with a whole new set of rules?  I want to thank Eka for my beautiful banner and Pat for doing beta duty for me.
