Dean had been sacrificing pieces of himself for as long as he could remember and each time it chipped away at him. Most people would have given up a long time ago but not Dean Winchester. This time though, his sacrifice might just be the highest one yet. Can he live with what he is giving up?

So I tried to do the drabbles... and it worked, but my mind just couldn't let it go at that... my muse just had to finish the story. Heaven forbid he leave it as just a drabble... then again... after you read it, I think you'll agree it's the perfect heat to any Summer day.

So this is a What If Brian and Michael did sleep together in I think it's epie 212 (not really sure but I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. But don't worry I don't go into details. After the end of the show I started writing my own virtual sixth season. The first episode picks up three weeks after Justin left for New York. I assume S5 ended in the fall of 2004. Vic died in February, Justin was gone for three months and according to my research the election would have taken place in November. I bent the timeline a bit, but I figured since CowLip wasn't that meticulous about it themselves I'll get away with it ;) . Warning! This is a scriptfic.

This story is completed now and everyone who doesn't like WIPs and therefore didn't start reading - maybe you'd like to give it a try now. I still appreciate your feedback :)

I always thought how sad it was that Justin couldn't remember dancing with Brian at the prom. When Brian tries to re-waken Justin's memories and recreate it for him, in order for him to face the bashing and move on and Justin says, “You kissed me? In front of everybody?” and Brian replies, “Yeah … you should have been there,” with so much pain, my heart breaks every time I watch it. So here, Justin gets to see how they danced together.

About a year after episode 513, Justin did three paintings for an art exhibit  in Santa Barbara, CA.  Rather than sell these paintings, Justin decided to ship them directly from the art exhibit to various destinations.  One of those paintings was sent to Melanie, (see Sparring Partners for fic).  The second of those painting was sent to Michael.  This is a Brian/Justin fic with a different perspective on Michael.

Brian and Justin meet in a different way. Brian is an ad/exec and really good at it. Justin is an artist/actor/singer and is taking some time off. They are both in New York at the same hotel.

This story is based on the words of the old Peter, Paul, and Mary song, 'Some Walls'.  In the story, Brian reflects back on the walls he had built up around his heart as he takes that final step in tearing the walls down when he proposes one last time to the man he loves and receives the answer he was looking for.  Many thanks to Eka for the wonderful banner and Pat for doing beta work for me.
