Chapter 7: December 21st I promise the best part Is yet to come Slow dance together, Two become one That's what we've waited all day for No one else but me and you Nothing I would rather do Then hold you all through the night Under my tree Bring along the mistletoe Keep the music nice and low I'll show you how good it could be. I wish that Santa could be here to see It's beautiful Under my tree "Holy shit! Dad! Dad! Look at this!" Gus was shouting from the window. Gus was watching the rush on the snow covered street under him. The only response he got, was groaning from both his father and Justin on the bed. The men lay entangled with each other on the king-sized bed in the festive looking room, both of them not awake enough to completely register who lay beside them in bed. Justin just crawled closer to the warm body lying next to his and began to nuzzle the body's neck. Brian was immediately aroused by the attack on his neck and turned his face to kiss the head which was occupied with nuzzling. Still, both of them had their eyes closed and thought they were dreaming. Gus was standing in front of the bed with an amused expression on his face. Both of them seemed to ignore the fact that he was in the same room as he was. "Good morning, boys!" A small, but old woman came into the room with a tray of hot chocolate in her hands. Justin and Brian immediately opened their eyes and looked at the woman, both tugging the blanket under their chins. "Oh, come on , boys, there's nothing I haven't already seen," she said, chuckled and looked over to Gus who was laughing and holding his tummy. Justin and Brian blushed and looked at each other. "Morning," both said, sleep drunken, and grabbed for their pants which Gus held out for them. "Thanks," Brian mumbled , still slightly embarrassed at being caught making out with a guy by someone who looked like his grandmother. "Sonny-Boy, I am your grandmother, just not in the usual manner anymore. You know as good as I do that Keeva Kinney's body was buried a few years back, but I'm her spirit, just in another body," the old lady answered Brian's thoughts and winked at him. "Now get up , you two, Santa wants to see you. I'll be back in five minutes and I expect the two of you to be ready. Gus, precious, you're coming with me. Mrs. Claus has something serious to discuss with you," she added and took Gus by the hand. "She's really something else," Justin said and stood up from the bed, not in the least embarrassed that he was still bare assed. "Yeah, that's my Grammy..." Brian said while dreamingly watching Justin's bubblebutt disappear in, what he assumed was, the bathroom. *************** At the same time, Gus was walking around the Christmas village with big eyes. He never imagined the village to look just like any other city, just with fairies and reindeers flying around and talking. "It's amazing, isn't it?" the elf asked and Gus just nodded, totally mesmerized by everything. Keeve just chuckled about the awestruck look on Gus' face. "Are you really the spirit of my great-grandmother?" Gus asked all of the sudden and stood still in front of the elf. "Yes I am, Sonny-Boy. How else would I know what your daddy always calls you? It's what I called my Jack when he was young, and what your grandpa said to your father before he turned his back on him," she said and at the end she had tears glistering in her eyes because she was thinking about how violent her son had turned when he had found out that Claire wasn't his daughter. Of course, Jack had never turned his anger towards her, because she had nothing to do with the Kinney blood, but Brian had to pay dearly for his father's foolishness. No one knew that she had been the one to send Rudolph to Justin, because she knew, from the first time Justin Taylor wrote to Santa many years back, that when grown up, he would be the perfect partner for her grandson. And the perfect step-dad to Gus. It was on her, and the rest of the population of the village, now to show them both that they belonged together-- No, that they were destined to be together. "Cool, but tell me , Grammy... Why is it that you and the other elves are the same height as normal people?" Gus asked, because since leaving the room, where he was staying with his father and Justin, he had been greeted by many elves. "That's an easy question , Gus. See, humans considered us always as some sort of Christmas gnomes, but we never were. The person who first wrote about the elves here in the village met his children here and thought that because his dead kids were here, every elf in this place was a kid. But you see, Gus, we're all spirits and we appear in the form of your long lost love ones, that's why I am your grand-grandmother. Brian and I had a very strong bond when I was still alive in my human body. With time, all of the elves change. You're not the first one who's been allowed here, and you're definitely not the last, but when the next ones come to visit the village I won't be here anymore. When you, your father and Justin go back to the human world, Santa will call out for new spirits so that the ones who are here now can move on and rest in peace," she explained. "Okay, we have reached our destination. Go on in. I'll go back and get the other two now. See you soon," Keeve said, kissed Gus on his forehead and went back to get Brian and Justin. *************** Meanwhile, Brian and Justin were ready and waiting for Keeve to pick them up. Both were sitting on the bed, and without noticing it, Brian had reached out for Justin's hand to hold it. Justin just smiled and leaned closer to Brian so that he could lay his head down on the taller man's shoulder. "Do you know why we're here?" Justin whispered, frightened to break the safeness they felt with one another. "I don't, Justin, I wish I knew. I think we will soon though. I have a suspicion that this is why Gus had to go seperately," Brian explained his thoughts to Justin and leaned his head on Justin's. Both were so engrossed in their own thoughts that they didn't hear Keeve entering the room and watching them with an satisfied smile on her face. The boys looked really comfortable with each other, and Brian had forgotten all about the stress he had back home. No more Michael or Debbie on his mind. "Come on, boys, it's time to go see Santa," she said, smiled and waved at them to come. *************** Gus, meanwhile, was having a very good time talking to Santa and his wife talking about the time he'd spent with his father since his mothers had died. At first, Mrs. Santa was sad to tell Gus that his mothers couldn't be at the Christmas village in the form of an elves, but after she'd explained to him that his mothers were angels with other tasks to do, Gus just smiled and hugged her. "So tell me, Gus, are you satisfied with the partner we looked up for your dad?" Santa asked and sipped at his hot chocolate. "He's awesome! I couldn't have wished for someone better. He's smart, good looking and even my dad liked him instantly." Gus beamed at Santa who laughed at the child's eagerness. Mrs. Santa just ruffled Gus' auburn hair. "We thought so too, or better say, your great-grandmother thought so. She was the one who suggested him to me as soon as your wish reached me. She'd observed him for years, and thought that he would be perfect for your dad. Sadly, circumstances didn't make it possible for them to meet without a little help. You know, Gus, normally Justin and your dad would have met on the day of your birth, so that Justin would have bonded with your father AND you instantly, but sadly, on the same night, Justin had a bad reaction to codeine which he got from his so-called friend, Chris. But now everything is fixed, and you will see in a few minutes what good Christmas spirit can do to some people, even to those who don't believe in it anymore," Santa said and when he finished the door opened and Justin and Brian entered the livingroom of Santa's house, hand in hand. Gus turned around and beamed at his father, he couldn't believe that his father was actually holding hands with another man. "Welcome Brian," Santa said to the auburn haired man and nodded at him. "You too, Justin," he added, nodding and smiling sadly. "Don't worry about your family anymore, Justin, they don't know what they lost when they kicked you out of their house for being gay, but look around you now. Gus adores you, and if I may be so blunt, I think Brian is very much in love with you too," Santa continued and winked at Brian, who had to blush. "Well, I see you boys definitely have other things on your mind right now," Santa added and winked at both of them. "Get going already. Me and my wife will keep Gus company," he said and Gus nodded enthusiastically. He leaned over to Mrs. Claus and whispered," my daddy looks like he wants to have sex," which made Mrs. Santa laugh out loud. Justin and Brian were both irritated by Santa's behaviour, but nevertheless did as they were told, because they definitely had other things on their minds. *************** Back in their room, Brian looked over at Justin who seemed nervous to be alone with him all of the sudden. Gently, he touched Justin's chin to make him look over at him. "We don't have to do this if you don't want to, Justin, but I have to say I care very much about you. Even if we haven't known each other very long," Brian said and when Justin smiled encouragingly at him, he leaned closer and kissed him. As fast as Justin's worry had come, it left him. As Brian's lips touched his, he just felt. With a groan, Justin grabbed Brian's neck to pull him closer. Brian grabbed Justin's ass to pull him near, and both began to slowly undress themselves. Soon Brian was carrying Justin to the futon in front of the livingroom. Gently, he laid the blond down on it and stared at him for a few moments. He still couldn't understand how someone as beautiful as Justin could be interested at him, but when Justin grabbed his neck once again to pull him down for a kiss, Brian just didn't think anymore. "You sure you want this?" Brian asked when he pulled away from Justin to take a breath and saw the blond smiling brightly at him. "Yeah, just be gentle, okay? It...it's my first time," Justin said embarrassed and turned his head so that he didn't have to look at Brian. "Hey, it's okay," Brian said and turned Justin's head to him again and kissed him. The kiss soon turned more urgent and both were panting and rubbing against each other to find release. Never in their lives had either of them felt this good and Brian, as the more experienced of the two, didn't know what was happening to him. Nevertheless, he never wanted the feeling to end. "I want you to never forget this night," Brian whispered close to Justin's ear when he finally entered him, and got a kiss that shook him to his bones in return. Finally, both of them felt home...
