Thank you to my beta CuJo for helping me out. You are the best in my book. Enjoy everyone. This is for Kami who is always reminding me that I have to update this story, maybe now she would give me a break. LOL.
Alan watched Chris with a smile. He liked to see that Chris was giving his best. He looked at his watch and then at Chris.
“Stop.” Alan said to Chris.
Chris glared at the man.
“I can keep on going.” Chris told him.
“What’s the rush?” Alan asked. “You have to take things easy, Chris. You don’t want to end up hurting yourself.”
“I just want to walk!” Chris hissed. “I want…I want my life back.”
Alan sighed and stepped back. He pulled up a chair and sat down.
“What’s wrong?” Alan asked.
“Nothing.” Chris told him.
“Spill it.” Alan told him.
“Fuck you.” Chris said holding the bar tightly.
“I thought we were friends.” Alan said.
“You’re my trainer.” Chris said. “You have to be nice to me so I will cooperate.”
Alan laughed.
“I see.” Alan told him crossing his arms.
Chris looked at Alan and then at the floor.
“Well, it’s time to go.” Alan told him.
“I…I really want to walk, Alan.” Chris said.
“And you will.” Alan assured him.
Alan got up and walked over to Chris.
“Why the rush?” Alan asked.
“I think…I think I’m losing Michael.” Chris said.
Alan frowned.
“I…I can’t lose him.” Chris whispered.
“And you think it's because of this?” Alan asked.
“No. Well, maybe, who knows?” Chris told him. “But it's not like I can chase after him to see if it is because the other guy is hotter.”
Alan laughed and nodded.
“Yeah, I guess that’s true.” Alan said. “Tell you what.”
Chris looked up.
“Fifteen more minutes.” Alan told him.
Chris smiled widely.
“And just so you know.” Alan told him, grabbing his water. “I don’t have to be nice to you.”
Chris smirked and got to work.

Justin came inside the hospital room and smiled at his father.
“Hey.” Justin said.
Craig smiled a little bit.
“I just wanted to see how you are doing.” Justin told him.
Craig nodded.
“And also, I wanted to thank you.” Justin said and his face wrinkled, tears trying to come out.
“Thank you.” Craig told him.
Justin smiled.
“When you get better, I can bring Liam around. He wants to see you. Brian and I told him that you saved him.” Justin told his father.
Craig smiled and nodded.
“Are you in a lot of pain, Dad?” Justin asked.
Craig frowned and nodded.
“I can call the nurse and maybe she can give you something.” Justin told him.
“She already did.” Craig told him talking with a lot of difficulty.
“Oh.” Justin told him. “So, you are going to be getting out of here in no time.”
Craig nodded.
“I…maybe when you get better, we can do something together.” Justin told him. “I don’t know.”
“I would like…that.” Craig said.
“You should go back to sleep, Dad.” Justin told him. “You need to rest and get better.”
Craig nodded and closed his eyes. Justin stayed for a few minutes and soon enough heard the slight snore coming from his father. He got up and walked over to him. He kissed him on the forehead and then move to leave. He looked back at his father and smiled. He knew that they had been given a second chance and he was hoping everything went well this time.

Brian walked to where Michael was at the bar and grabbed his beer.
“Thank you.” Brian said smiling and drank from it.
Michael rolled his eyes and asked for another one.
“Brian, this is Ben. Ben, this is Brian.” Michael said.
Brian nodded towards Ben.
“Is this my Christmas present, Mikey?” Brian asked. “Nice taste.”
“Don’t be an ass.” Michael said to Brian.
“What?” Brian asked.
Ben laughed and shook his head. Brian smirked and kissed Michael on the cheek.
“Are you always like this?” Ben asked.
“One can only try.” Brian told him smirking.
“Hey, stud.” Some guy said walking closer to Brian.
“Not interested.” Brian said.
The guy frowned and left.
“How do you know he wanted you?” Ben asked. “You didn’t even look.”
“They all want Brian.” Michael said.
“But they can’t have me.” Brian told Ben.
“Is that so?” Ben asked smiling.
Brian looked at Ben from head to toe and grinned.
“You could try.” Brian told him.
Ben smirked and Michael rolled his eyes.
“Stop it, Brian.” Michael warned him. “Are you drunk?”
“Just a little.” Brian said smirking.
“Hey, stud.” Justin said in a sexy voice.
Brian turned around and smiled. He leaned back against the bar in between Michael and Ben.
“Want to dance?” Justin asked.
“I can’t.” Brian told him licking his lips. “I’m taken.”
“I won’t tell.” Justin said walking closer. “I'll be a very good boy.”
Michael rolled his eyes but laughed nonetheless.
“What if he finds out?” Brian asked as he put his hands on Justin’s hips.
“He won’t.” Justin whispered and kissed Brian’s jaw.
“I don’t know. He is special. He's hot and I love him.” Brian whispered on Justin’s ear.
Justin pushed his body against Brian’s. He was so happy to be here with the brunet.
“He is so beautiful.” Brian said. “He’s blond like you and has this amazing bubble butt.”
“Mine is better.” Justin said and turned around so Brian could see.
Ben smiled and enjoyed the show.
“Yes, but he has a lot more to offer.” Brian told him.
“Oh, he loves you.” Justin said looking at Brian.
“Yeah.” Brian said. “We have a good thing going and I don’t want to mess it up.”
Justin smiled.
“But for something like you, I’ll make an exception.” Brian told him, grabbing Justin and pulling him towards the dance floor.
“Those two are nuts.” Michael said.
“I thought you said he was practically married.” Ben pointed out.
“That was Justin.” Michael explained.
“Oh. Well, he is hot.” Ben said. “Brian is really lucky to have him.”
“I guess that goes both ways.” Michael said taking a sip of his beer.
“Yeah. I want that some day.” Ben said looking at Brian and Justin dancing. “A relationship, I mean. I want to be lucky too.”
Michael smiled and nodded. He had already gotten lucky with Chris. He was the happiest man alive. Ben smiled at Michael as he watched the man. He was sure that he was falling in love with him.

“Who was that?” Debbie asked Michael as Ben left the diner.
“That was Ben. I met him at the store.” Michael said.
“What did he want?” Debbie asked.
“Some comics. That’s what I sell.” Michael said. “He's a professor.”
“I see.” Debbie told him. “Does he have a boyfriend?”
“What?” Michael asked. “No. I don’t know. I don’t know him that well.”
“How long have you known him?” Debbie asked.
“Ma, did you want to be a reporter?” Michael asked smirking.
Debbie shook his head.
“What do you want me to do?” Debbie asked. “That man worries me.”
“What are you talking about?” Michael asked.
“Didn’t you see the way he was looking at you?” Debbie asked.
“What way?” Michael asked.
Debbie rolled her eyes and moved to attend some customers. She put in the orders and went back towards Michael with a plate.
“What is this?” Michael asked. “I didn’t order anything.”
“You have to eat to keep your strength.” Debbie told him.
Michael shook his head at his mother’s antics but ate it anyway.
“So, are you seeing this guy again?” Debbie asked.
“Ma.” Michael protested. “Could we stop talking about him?”
Debbie frowned.
“You don’t have to worry. There is only one man that I want in my life and that is Chris.” Michael told her.
Debbie smiled widely and nodded. She went back to work and her smile disappeared. It wasn’t Michael she was worried about, it was Ben.

“This is Jenna.” Denise said to Justin. “And my son, Marvin.”
“It’s a pleasure to meet you, Justin.” Jenna told him.
Justin smiled and nodded.
“I thought you had more kids.” Justin said.
“Yes.” Denise said. “John is at school and Ray lives in Michigan.”
“They are going to be here for the wedding.” Jenna explained.
“I’m going to go and see if I can help with anything.” Marvin told them.
Denise nodded and watched him go.
“I’m going to go see what Jack is doing.” Denise told them. “Excuse me.”
“Your mother is great.” Justin told Jenna.
“Yeah, she is.” Jenna said smiling. “So, do you have a girl?”
“Two of them.” Justin told her.
Jenna frowned and Justin just pointed to where Fiona and Illona were playing with their brothers.
“But those are Brian’s girls.” Jenna said. “Oh. You are his partner.”
Justin nodded.
“I can’t believe that I was flirting with you.” Jenna said. “I’m such a dork.”
“Would it make you feel better if I told you that if I was straight, I would do you?” Justin asked her smirking.
“Totally.” Jenna told him.
Justin smiled.
“Wow. Has anyone told you that you have a lot of kids?” Jenna asked.
“And I want more.” Justin told her. “Some day.”
“It’s good for them.” Jenna said. “When I was little, I wished I had more brothers and always wished for a sister.”
Justin smiled at that.
“I have one, do you want her?” Justin asked.
“You don’t mean that.” Jenna told him.
“No, not really.” Justin told her. “She’s great.”
“Put those flowers here!” Someone shouted.
Justin and Jenna looked back and then at each other with a smile.
“Things are hectic.” Justin said.
It was the last week before the wedding and people were running around franticly.
“I can’t believe my mom is getting married.” Jenny said.
“It’s good for her.” Justin pointed out. “She won’t be alone.”
“Hey, guys.” Michael said smiling.
“Jenna, this is Michael.” Justin told her.
“Hi.” Michael told her. “Isn’t this wonderful? Jack is going to get married. It’s in the air.”
“What is that supposed to mean?” Justin asked.
“There are going to be more weddings around here.” Michael said.
Justin frowned.
“I’m asking Chris.” Michael whispered. “Don’t you dare tell him anything.”
Jenna smiled as Justin made as if he had a zipper on his mouth and was closing it. Michael kept on walking then. Justin looked to where Brian was and wondered briefly if one day Brian would ask him. He shook his head and kept walking with Jenna.
“Hey.” Emmett said.
“Hey, Emm. This is Jenna.” Justin said.
Emmett shook her hand and then kept on walking.
“He is gay.” Justin whispered to her.
“I could tell.” Jenna told him.
They looked at each other and laughed.
***
Brian hung up the phone and smiled at Justin.
“What?” Justin asked. “Who was it?”
“It was Jack. Letting us know that they got there safely.” Brian explained as he brought Justin closer to his body.
“Some timing.” Justin said smiling.
Brian snorted and buried his face on Justin’s neck.
“We have never gone to Hawaii.” Justin told him.
“That’s because we haven’t gotten married.” Brian told him laughing.
“What does that has to do with anything?” Justin asked.
“Well, my father had never gone either and now he is married and he went there.” Brian deduced.
“You are weird.” Justin told him. “Do you know that?”
Brian laughed and kissed him.
“I was just joking, baby.” Brian told him.
“Maybe we should then.” Justin told him. “You know, get married.”
Brian pulled back and stared at the blond.
“You want to get married?” Brian asked.
Justin shrugged.
“Not really.” Justin told him.
Brian arched a brow.
“I know that we are together for the long haul.” Justin told him and kissed Brian on the lips. “Love you.”
Brian watched Justin as the blond got comfortable. He put an arm around Justin and smiled. He closed his eyes and thought over what they had talked about. He knew Justin had said that he didn’t care, but he knew differently. He let his imagination run wild and thought about how he was going to ask the blond to marry him.
***
Justin stared at Chris like he was nuts.
“What the fuck are you talking about?” Justin asked.
Chris sniffed.
“He is going to leave me.” Chris said.
“Let me check your prescription.” Justin told him.
“Justin!” Chris yelled. “I’m serious.”
“Me too.” Justin told him. “Michael loves you.”
“He is with Ben.” Chris said. “I just know it.”
“No way!” Justin said.
“I saw the way Ben was looking at Michael at the wedding.” Chris said. “And every other time he is around.”
“Well, that doesn’t mean that Michael wants him.” Justin suggested.
“He is always with him. All the time.” Chris told him.
“They are working on a project.” Justin explained.
“Ben is fucking professor and Mike owns a comic store!” Chris shouted.
“I heard that Ben shows the comics in his class. I don’t know. Michael would never fuck around on you.” Justin said. “He would end things first.”
“That’s why I am telling you that he is leaving me.” Chris whispered and then started crying.
“No way.” Justin said moving closer to his friend.
Justin put an arm around Chris and smiled.
“He is crazy about you.” Justin told him. “Everyone knows that.”
Chris shook his head.
“He has been since the first time he saw you.” Justin said.
“But what about now, Justin?” Chris asked. “He isn’t so crazy about me now.”
“You are hallucinating. He is.” Justin told him and turned to look at the front door when he heard someone opening the lock.
“It’s Mike.” Chris whispered.
Michael opened the door and saw them. He smiled at them and Justin waved. Chris kept staring at the carpet and thinking the worst.
“What’s going on?” Michael asked and closed the door.
Justin smiled and then looked at Chris who was staring daggers at the dark hair man. Chris could hear that Michael sounded so fucking happy.
“Where were you?” Chris asked.
“With Ben. We went to have something to eat.” Michael told him.
Justin swallowed not liking Chris’s glance towards Michael.
“Are you fucking him?” Chris asked.
Justin closed his eyes, put a hand over them and shook his head at what his friend just asked.
“What?” Michael asked looking at Chris. “What?!”
“You are spending all your time with him!” Chris yelled.
“Chris, calm down.” Justin told him.
“Don’t scream.” Michael told him and looked at Justin. “Justin, I’m sorry.”
Justin shook his head and got up.
“I should go.” Justin said.
“You didn’t answer me.” Chris shouted.
“He is just a friend.” Michael shouted back.
Justin’s mouth hung open as he saw Chris’s cane fly towards Michael. The cane hit Michael right on the head and he fell back.
“Jesus!” Justin said running up to Michael.
“Yes or no, Michael!” Chris hissed.
“No!” Michael said as he sat up.
“Are you okay?” Justin asked.
“Dada?” Victoria said from the hall.
“Go back to sleep, baby.” Michael told her.
Victoria looked from Chris to Michael. Her eyes were big as saucers and her lower lip was trembling. She had been sleeping when the yelling woke her up. Justin moved towards Victoria and picked her up.
“Hey, Vicky.” Justin said.
Victoria smiled at him.
“Uncle Jus’n.” Victoria said.
“Guys, I am going to go.” Justin told them. “I’ll take her with me. You need to talk.”
Michael got up and nodded. He looked back at Chris and could see how mad Chris was. It was going to be a long talk.
