I'm really enjoying this story and how you're weaving QAF into the plot. I love the characterizations thru the dogs, I can picture them perfectly and they do seem like B & J. Macho cracks me up, so did they really de-ball him??? Yikes! Not so macho anymore. LOL!
Author's Response: Yes, they "de-balled" him. All good shelters do that with dogs they take in and will be adopting out, and i wanted to keep it realistic. If people haven't noticed, i AM trying to send out a few messages with this fic about dogs ("pit bulls" in particular) as well. Two birds with one stone, so to speak. Glad you like it!

i've been waiting for this to come back. i'm getting so excited for the reunion coming up.'macho' and 'sunshine' will be pairing up with gus and dani. i can't wait.
now he know that gus is his son and 'sunshine' will know it too when he sees mel and lindsay.

I quite enjoy this story. The idea is original enough and your writing skills are above the avarage in the fandom. One thing I don't like, though. I have seen all the episodes of the original show. You don't need to write as much of the original in your story as you've been doing. In this case, less is more. It's the new ideas that are interesting, not the things that I already have seen too many times, and read too many times, too.
