sigh. lovely. i do feel bad for Michael. He is just low IQ and raw emotion run amok. He literally NEEDS Brian, like a babysitter. It's probably just one more reason why Brian fell for Justin... the kid really didn't NEED anyone. He would have been fine. He would have been GREAT. And successful. And probably happy. And just like Mikey yearns after Brian and the awesomeness he exudes and represents, Brian covets Justin's wholeness. And the fact that Justin isn't pulling him down, but actually requiring him to grow UP to keep up isn't at all a bad thing. Brian is smart. He DOES know what is good for him. And that's Justin.

Michael has no reason to be sad but to be glad. If someone does that to you after you`ve been there for him for years and years he must be one rotten person.
Especially this quote “For fucks sake, why do I have to be responsible for everyone’s issues… I have enough of my own…” shocked me. If this is all Brian has to say to breaking his best friends heart after years of leading him on Justin is really not to be envied.

I think this is really good! I really like how Brian is really feeling his emotions and is able to talk about them. To see the little boy in Brian accepting love - now that is amazing.
Author's Response: Yeah once he stopped fighting his emotions and allowed his heart to open to Justin, how could he not fall completely in love, healing his inner child.
