What a terrific story, as usual, your writing is fantastic.  I keep looking for stories I haven't read and just came across this one.  Sure glad that I did.

Author's Response:

What wonderful comments.  Thank you very much, Happy Gamma.  I love imagining what life would have been like for our couple once the show ended and this one was one of my happiest thoughts.  I'm so glad you enjoyed it.  Huge hugs, Grammy

It was nice to read about them having children together and the having one for each was a nice touch. I was dying to know which way each if them was leaning in the end, too. Nice job!

Author's Response:

I had so much fun with this story.  I love imagining what life would be like for Brian and Justin in the future, and I think the way both of them felt about Gus said a lot about the kind of parents they would be together.  I'm glad you enjoyed the little suspense I threw in as to who the sons would have feelings for.  Thank you so much for the lovely comments, no sleep.  Huge hugs, Grammy

This was so adorable. Though I was questioning where was Gus and did he ever resent the fact that BJ and JB were able to grow up with Brian, whereas Mel/Linds took him away from Brian and not being raised by Brian/Justin. I do hope you do more of these. Actually maybe you could do a sequel?

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for your comments, BritinGuslover.  Gus, being such a wonderful young man would surely love his half-brothers no matter what and I tried to make it clear that Brian and Justin were as much a part of Gus' life as they could be from a distance.  And of course, Gus and JR were at the graduation of the twins to celebrate with the family.  As for my writing a story that involves Gus a great deal, may I suggest my Double Trouble series.  The whole storyline involves Brian and Justin being parents to Gus and JR.  There are two completed stories in the series and I'm currently working on the third installment which continues the story.  Thank you again for your interest.  Huge hugs, Grammy

*giggles* This was too cute. Only Brian and Justin would be worried that their boys weren't little 'man-whores' like their daddies! LOL!

Author's Response:

I absolutely love writing stories where Brian and Justin are parents, but this one was particularly fun for me.  I enjoyed making their sons just like them in every way but one.  Of course, I'm sure the twins will make up for lost time in no time at all.  LOL!  Glad you had fun with the story, Soul1essharpy.  Thank you for your comments.  Huge hugs, Grammy

I've been reading another long story and haven't had a chance to read your story until now.   It was great!  I love our boys as parents.  I think being a parent is the best thing a person can do with their lives.

While I almost hate to think of our men as "old" I would love to see them as grandparents!   Justin would handle it well, and in your story wouldnt be very old a all to be a grandparent.  I can just imagine the "show" Brian would put on in protest of being a grandpa, but I just know he would love it!

Happy Anniversary!

Author's Response:

I am so happy to hear from you M_elle_22.  I'm very glad you enjoyed this story, and I couldn't agree with you more about parenthood.  I was told I couldn't have children and the day I was told I was pregnant with my Daughter was the happiest day of my life.  I think both Brian and Justin proved that they would make loving parents even on the show.  I love writing them as parents.  If you ever feel like it you might check out my stories 'Double Trouble' and 'Double Trouble: Graduation'.  In them, Brian and Justin end up raising Gus and JR all the way to the end of their college days.  Next up would be as grandparents.  Hmmm, maybe I will write a sequel to the sequel and have them become grandparents.  Sounds like a plan.  LOL!  Hugs, Grammy

Author's Response:

I love hearing from you anytime, Chris.  It is the ultimate compliment to a writer to have a reader want to re-read your story, so thank you so very much.  Huge warm hugs, Grammy

I really liked this fic....but... I don't understand... why were BJ and JB so secretive about letting their fathers... or anyone else know about who they were attracted to ???  BTW Congrats on you anniversary!!!  I always enjoy reading your fics...  Thanks...

Author's Response:

How wonderful to hear from you, BluvsJ.  I'm glad you enjoyed my Anniversary story.  To answer your question...well who can understand the thinking of teenage boys?  Certainly not this old lady.  LOL!  Seriously, I imagine that the twins were unwilling to show their feelings simply because they had this unspoken rivalry between them and each wanted a boy from the others circle of friends.  That is probably why they kept their feelings to themselves (that, and the fear of rejection since they had no idea their secret crushes felt the same way about them), but as for their dads who they should have known would understand their feelings....well how many teens do you know actually trust their parents with their deepest secrets, especially sexual attractions?  Brian and Justin are loving fathers, but also extremely busy with their work.  Time simply got away from them and as the boys got older they lost that contact with them which happens to so many parents.  I know it happened to me with both my Daughter and 2 Granddaughters...both times around 13 and 14.  I think that is fairly normal in the parent/child relationship.  Now that the door has been opened to the truth, I think all 4 of them will be so much more comfortable with each other.  Hope that answers where my mind was at as I wrote this story.   Huge warm hugs, Grammy

Sandy,

I am so glad that you are still writing and sharing your gift with the world.  I am even more thrilled that I have been lucky enough to be with you these past 3 years.  This story is perfect, well as perfect as a "dry" story can be.  What a great look into the future, twins is just what they need.  I am looking forward to many more years of pleasure reading your stories, I know you'll find lots of ideas.

Hugs, Lori

Author's Response:

My dear Lori, I have missed seeing your name on a story comment more than I can say.  I am so happy that you have been with me during my last 3 years of story telling.  Your friendship is one of the best parts of taking up this job.  I treasure it.  I'm sorry for the 'dry' aspect of this story but I'm glad you enjoyed it.  I need total peace and quiet in the house so that I can 'get into the zone' for the juicier parts of my stories, and as you know this house has been a beehive of activity this whole Summer.  There has been no peace or quiet at all.  TODAY, it begins!!!  School is back in session and Shel's boyfriend is back at work.  I woke up today and had the whole house to myself.  Right now I'm in bliss and will start working on my stories again full steam.  Can you say.....HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY?!!!  Anyway, thank you so much for posting your comment.  It means the world to me.    Love, Grammy

What a wonderful way to celebrate. Wonderful to see a new story and can't wait for the sequel of Story Teller.

Keep well xx

Author's Response:

Thank you so much, Cherub.  Every year I promised myself I would celebrate with an Anniversary story if folks seemed to still enjoy my work.  I can't tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful comments that I receive from readers like yourself.  It makes it a true pleasure to write for you.  The Story Teller will be on board soon, but first I must complete 'The Heat is On', my poor story that fell by the wayside when I tried to do too much.  I hope to see you then.  Huge warm hugs, Grammy

Happy anniversary!!! This was such a great story!! I hope that you will write a sequel!!

Author's Response:

Thank you very much, Jizabel (love that name).  There is definitely a possibility of a sequel to the story.  Perhaps we'll move forward to college graduation next time. I've done that before.   LOL!  Huge hugs, Grammy

You are awesome! Happy Anniversary and may you have an even more aspiring year as an author...i love each and everyone of your stories and read each with satisfaction of knowing it is always a good "book" till the last word.

Stay healthy and inspired!

Author's Response:

What beautiful comments you have given me, Missy.  It brings me the greatest pleasure ever to know I've been able to entertain those that love the characters I love as much as I do.  I will do my best to continue to please you with my work in the future.  Warmest hugs, Grammy

Happy Anniversary!  Excellent story!  Can't wait for the next 3 years!

Ro

Author's Response:

Thank you Ro.  I truly appreciate your comments.  I have a file full of plots that I want to tackle over this next year.  I just hope I am able to get to as many as I can.  Huge hugs, Grammy

This is great. You could expand it into a nice long story. Please think about it.
Hugs always

Author's Response:

That is such a wonderful compliment, Lorie, and it is always possible I will expand the story later on.  Right now I have a chapter story to finish first and a new one begging to be told which is a sequel to 'The Story Teller'.  I hope I'll see you then.  Huge hugs, Grammy

Let me be the first to hit you girlfriend; can't wait to read this.

Author's Response:

You are such a doll, Bob.  I have been sick one minute and overwhelmed with family matters the next and my writing has fallen by the wayside, but I couldn't let my Anniversary slip by without offering my beloved readers something new.  I hope you find it a bit entertaining.  No real raunch this time around but maybe it will bring back a few memories of bygone teenage angst that we all had to go through...some more than others.  LOL!  Hope life is treating you beautifully.  Huge hugs, Grammy
