How beautifully and - dare I say it - rediculously romantic.  The words may flow from Brian's lips more easily, but they still carry the meaning that no one else will ever get.

Author's Response:

Hi, my friend - I know; I'm a sap - LOL! But I'm glad that you read and enjoyed it. Thank you for the feedback; it is most appreciated.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Author's Response:

Hi, my friend!  Yes, it was - sappily so.:)  (Is that a word?  Ha!). Thank you for reading and taking the time to comment; you know how much that means to me.:)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

I LOVE LOVE THIS STORY, SO SWEET AND ROMANTIC.  I LOVE BRIAN WHEN HE IS SO SWEET.  I KNOW I'M STILL NOT TO STIRRING.  CAN'T HELP IT THERE ARE SO MANY TO READ, BUT I'LL GET THERE.  HAVE TO GET SOMETHING DONE AROUND HERE NOW BEFORE BED TIME.

Author's Response:

Aww..thanks, Nonie!  So glad you're still enjoying the stories!  I can't help the 'sweet and romantic' part - I'm just a big, sentimental sap - ha!  I've been trying to pack for my trip all day today with mixed results.  I'm putting so many electronics in my suitcase (digital camera, camcorder, net book) that it's fast filling up and I don't have too many clothes in there!  Now if I were Brian that might be acceptable, but I don't think that will work for me - LOL!

Thank you again for all the wonderful comments!  Hope you have a good night and a good week.  Tell lindc I said hello if you talk to her.:)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

I knew it.  This is such a lovely story.  Sorry reduced to tears.  I love romantic Brian and just picture this being on screen.  We didn't see too much of romantic Brian on screen.  Sorely remissive of cowlip i think.

Author's Response:

Hi, Jo-Ellen!  So great to hear from you again.:)  Thanks so much for the wonderful comments, my friend, so glad you enjoyed this one.:)  If I moved you with my writing I consider that a great compliment.:)  Thanks again, my dear.  *Hugs*  ~Kimberly

Author's Response:

Hi, Dee Dee!  I recognize you - LOL!  Thank you so much for all the support!  I'm flattered you didn't want to wait for the rest to post - don't blame you at all!  I'm just glad to see you over here.:)  I actually have a a few more that aren't here over at FF.net - mainly seasonal pieces for the most part.  So once you got done here, you can hop over to that one, too - LOL!  Thanks for letting me know you're reading over here - I really appreciate you taking the time to leave me a review.:)  I was actually impressed that the photo worked the way they said it would.:)  Thanks again, my friend.:)

"He sniffled loudly as he gazed in wonder at the photograph, so unlike Brian but oh so utterly romantic and perfect for Valentine's Day."

My sentiments exactly!

Author's Response:

Thank you, my dear!  I know - probably not too in character for our man, but I like to think he could be trained eventually - LOL!  Thanks for reading and especially leaving the review for me.:)

I love stories where writers portray Brian being romantic. I don't care if it's OOC. Besides, I like to believe that after five years Brian grows up a little, and doesn't mind the L word as much as he pretends. Great little Valentine's fic. Thank you.-Benny

Author's Response:

Thank you, Benny!  Glad you liked it - I like him romantic, too and totally agree with you about him growing up - you could see snippets of it toward the end and I like to think I'm just continuing that tradition!  Thanks for reviewing.:)

How sweet Brian had made previous plans ensuring his soft partner would not be disappointed. So are they going to get married doing the whole thing or have they just got married their way?

Author's Response:

Hello, my friend - thanks for reviewing!  This was mainly a one-shot -  I could have gone on with the wedding/marriage thing but alas, I will have to leave it at that.  I've got too many other WIPS to continue it, unfortunately.  But rest assured that at least in my world they lived happily ever after!:)

I loved the story.

I can just picture Justin in the studio painting and thinking about Brian.

I can just picture Brian standing there with the roses and rings looking with love in his eyes at his Sunshine.

You are truly a gifted writer and I have enjoyed your stories.

Please keep up the great work!!

Have a nice February!

Debbie

Author's Response:

Thank you for the kind words, Debbie!  I probably should have stopped with the photo and the rings - the roses were probably a little over the top - ha!  But I like to think that Brian matured/evolved over time and I think Justin would have still liked it, even though he claimed he was afraid Brian was becoming something he wasn't.  I personally prefer a little romanticism in our brunet.  Thanks again for reading and especially taking the time to review!:)

How "rediculously romantic."  I remeber reading Rod McKuen's poetry back in the very early 1970s, when I was a romantic young woman.  I could swoon as I read this one.  I enjoyed it VERY much!

Author's Response:

Thank you for the review, Cheryl!  I actually had this book lying around earlier when I was trying to set up the photo and thought it was very appropriate for the boys without being overly sappy (hopefully - LOL!).  So glad you read and enjoyed it - thanks for letting me know.  I'm off now to write the next chapter of "I Don't" to hopefully help get Justin out of the mess he's in - hope you'll stay tuned!:)
