O. M . G talk about an incredible chapter, Seriously mind blowing. From the happiness of our two boys just being together the smile and little touches that really got to me so beautiful. When they were dancing in the club and we heard all the observations from the guys on what they thought our pair were feeling it was Emmett’s that touched me the most other than Teds. Then when Brian told them why because it was they were getting married and Micheal reacted the way he did I wanted to kick him so hard and then shake the dumbs words outta him. The others reacted fantastically thank god. Brian’s speech when they got home oh man brought tear to my eyes. So so moving.

I loved the conversation between Justin and Daphne it’s shows the depth of their friendship it’s so strong. I’m so glad that Justin got back to painting andus happy even cooking dinner which I’m sure Brian was thankful for.
Im delighted to see the guys go see Gus I love when they do and I love when he goes to see them as the little boy loves them so much. As for that I ha e no word strong to enough to say how nuts she makes me Lindsay. She is someone I want to bitch slap every second of the day. She needs it to lay off them.
I wish Brian had joint custody so he could take Gus for longer periods of time.

Brian once again did amazing with Justin shopping for furniture in a very unique way lol I could picture the looks on the sales people’s faces I laughed out loud I must say. I thought it was so funny when Justin’ said about Brian being afraid of Daphne that was so funny and it’s true but he loves her and she loves him. They all make a great team and will support each other in anything.

Author's Response: I guess every good tale has to have a nemesis. Gus is Lindsay's ticket to Brian. I'm sure that Brian has a love/hate relationship with the notion of fatherhood. While he would never wish Gus hadn't been born, he probably wishes numerous times that Lindsay wasn't his mom.

Got me thinking...
early in season 2 Justin was telling Daphany (sp) how he and Brian had a cleaning lady come in twice a week.. so your story includes a lot of condoms being thrown away..
so I started think about their cleaning women and what it would be like to clean the loft. I think it could be a funny story.
The insights of Brian Kinneys cleaning women over the years.
I think you could write that short story.

On chapter 29 and loving this story!! The Star Wars references are an awesome Easter egg. I'm a huge SW fan.
I also love that you close up some holes from the show. Like Justin finally learning Brian was at the hospital. And bringing Molly and Jennifer into the story.
I plan on staying up all night to read. So happy that you have written sequels 😁

I lost this story in the que of my reading list. I'm glad I found it again. I thought this was beautifully done and I loved the ending of the Central Park wedding. It was nice that Tim, Michael, and Lindsay could not dampen Brian and Justin's joy of being together. This story did not go the way I thought it would. I thought there would be a lot of anti-Lidnsey and anti-Michael. At least that is how it seemed to start. You sure know how to keep people on the edge of the seats. And the stalker, at first I thought it was Jake or someone close to Jake, I did not see that coming. Good story!

Thank you for this adventure, Sandy! Always love it when the boys' relationship is explored more deeply, and they mature in their love for each other as this story did. Loved the idea of Brian carrying his husband over the threshold, and Gus being a part of their ceremony. Michael, of course, was his typical snarky self in his toast when he left Justin out of it, but I wasn't surprised. I liked Justin's painting that he did - I think it was a good reflection on where he has been and where his and Brian's lives are going now.

I liked the way you constructed that, and I think that was very much in character for Brian. I like to think he matured and changed over time to where he could have been in this position to say just that. And I like the way you haven't rushed through their deepening commitment to each other. Author's Response: Thank you for the words of encouragement. As I write this story I have received some very specific feedback regarding my characterizations and writing which has really made me feel good about my writing. ( I already felt good, but this was a bonus). I think in this story Brian has shown he has matured and is ready for Justin and to be his partner. Yes the story has taken over a year to tell and I never thought it would be this long but each step of the way the characters grew. I think my readers were able to see the growth each chapter and that really helped form their place in the story. Thank you for your comments. Fear not, another story is in the making- jsut have to choose which one I want to go with- I don't think I will ever tire of these two characters.
