Chris and Dane make a great couple. I'm so glad Chris has Dane to provide emotional support, especially after Chris' family rejected him for his homosexualtiy, as Chris always suspected they would. But, in Dane, Sunshine, and other friends, Chris has found a new family.

Once again, I must say I'm impressed by your unique approach to Hobbs and his journey to accept himself. You redeemed him before the fact (the bashing) which I don't think I've known any other author to do. I have read a few other stories in which Hobbs has become a good man who regrets bullying and bashing Justin, but none like Hobbs and Sunshine.

I'm looking forward to your next story.

I didn't really even plan on writing him as a good guy the way I did, but I knew I wanted to explore what might have happened if he explored his sexuality, whilst making him into a real character.

It's delightful to see this incarnation of Hobbs in love for the second time, this time with Dane, who reciprocates Chris' feelings.

I was really happy for Chris that he finally had the chance to explore and accept hisi sexuality at a university, where his peers were probably much more accepting of his sexual preference than elsewhere.

And now Chris has found someone he can trust and share all of himself with. Dane and Chris are loving--and hot--together.

People at university probably couldn't care less about chris' sexuality, which is good news as it means he doesn't feel compelled to hide it.

Dane and Chris really are perfect for each other ;)

So sweet the way Chris and Dane dance around getting to know each other. And they have a first date. :)

Sunshine's advice about asking Chris out on a date is spot-on--pretty darned impressive considering I don't think Justin and Brian ever went on a date...and since the fiddler never happened in Hobbs and Sunshine... ;)

Well, it was kinda implied in the epilogue that the fiddler had happened in hobbs and sunshine, but by the time we saw justin again, that was all done and dusted.
