Author's Response: This fic was set during the time after taking down Stockwell, and before Kinnetik was profitable. Brian sold all his possessions, and maxed out his credit cards. This was a cute little ficlit! Honestly, I started reading it like Justin was meant to be the guy at the end of the bar and they were doing a rollplay and then I realized what the timeline was. Haha. Thanks for posting and I really hope you feel better soon. I've heard the worst things about tennis elbow.

Hi, Kathleen! What a treat to see this ficlet posted on MW! I thought this was a great way for Brian to collect some much-needed cash. I liked Justin's last line - lol. Would have loved to have seen what sort of comeback (pardon the pun) line Brian would have given him.
