I'm glad Brian and Justin finally spent the last month together. I'm sorry they missed 30 years.It's a better ending, I loved it, but even so, I couldn't hold back my tears. Both versions are very emotionally upset.

First of all, Viv, congrats on posting your first story on MW! You did a great job with the formatting and style. The story - while a major death fic - was also a hopeful one for the future, so that helps to blunt the blow. I like how Gus is still so close to his father throughout his life, and how he understands that Justin was his one true love. it is gratifying to know they were reunited in the end.

Kim, Thank you for your kind message. The story was more like a plot bunny that just came into my head, then I thought maybe I'll try and turn it into a short story. Well, maybe I'll even try and give an alternative ending in the future, you never know. ðŸ˜‰
